Is the Featured mission turned off? Or is it just me?

My newly made Fed (Alien Sci captain) was unable to aquire Time & Tide at level 10 and still can't as of level 27. I've just been running the story arcs in order and spending skill points as they are earned (even though the 'Purchase Skills' flag is still flashing - and has been since level 2 ... which doesn't even give any of the new skill points.) I have done both rank up missions (at 10 & 20) and aquired my new ships - So I am actually leveled. Tide & Time isn't offered by Q and is greyed out under Featured Episode as well.

So ... is that working as intended or is it an odd bug?

Featured mission is not accessible to me as well.

I reported this a while back, assuming it was a bug. It is not. Sadly, featured missions are generally unavailable in Tribble. You'll have to wait for the mission to be added to the episode list. Fear not, it usually only takes about four weeks.
