Problem:
When advancing skills ultimate skills for tactical is not available at the posted 25 on the patch notes but rather 26. This was only tested on the tac ultimate skill. It is also noted that we get 45 skill points not the 46 advertised in the patch notes.
Reproduction:
Try activating an ultimate skill for tactical after advancing to 25 tactical points.
Observations:
Result is unable to activate ultimate skills for tactical. Intended result was 25 tactical points would activate ultimate skills.
