can't start fed tutorial

i am unable to start the fed tutorial the game freezes with a program not responding as soon as the intro movie stops playing this does not affect KDF or romulan

i have to go in a manual end the program or else the game can just sit there for hours

i now seem to be unable to get to any of the totorials all 3 freeze and go to program not responding when trying to exit the video or when the video finishes

this is all right after character creation and you first hit engage

I have not experienced this, and judging by the number of other players I've been running into everywhere few (if any) others are, either. This sounds like a software problem on your end. I would contact support.
