Transwarp Options Missing

in Tribble - Bug Reports
I created a new klingon engineering officer. Went through most of the tutorial up to the mission space chase i then headed over to drozana station and bought the level up boxes. However, even though I've reached level 60 i can't transwarp back to Qo'nos.
