Thank you for that 1st look; quite educational

Its more blunt than the previous skill system. Its good that its better explained, has better tool-tips and less to none click-bait skills that do nothing unless your boffs have certain active skills. Its sad to see the fine tuning go and be replaced by mere 3 stages or less.

You cant be as flexible in you builds anymore its very much you spec for the type of build you want to fly and nothing else. Still surprised that they did not introduce build slots like loadout slots so you can buy a slot or two to have more than 1 build.
