Missed Skill Bonus Values - Skill Revamp

As Cryptic translates all old bonus values into new ones, I would encourage everyone who spots one that has been missed to post it here. In other words, list all items, traits, etc...that still reference the old skill tree. I'll get us started:

Joined Trill

This trait still references skills (like hull repair) that don't exist in the new system, thereby removing bonus values that were originally present.

    I think old skills still there, the skill system just puts some of them together. For example, sci's 'Drain Expertise' adds to both 'flow capacitors' and 'power insulators'

    They also put some numbers there, to make it easier for us to calculate the overall effect for some builds

    The Joined Trill trait might just be a tooltip bug, but it's hard for me to tell right now. Liberated Borg trait tooltip still says +30 Warp Core Efficiency as well for instance, even though that is not a skill that scales in that way anymore, it's merely on or off.

    Nope, definitely not a tool-tip bug. With everything else being identical to my Holodeck build, I'm missing about 30 or so DPS per beam array, which would be accounted for by the lost Energy Weapons bonus. :/

    Submitted a bug ticket, so I guess we'll have to see where this particular item goes from here.

    May also be the changes to Energy Weapon Dropoff....

    If these were parsed results, I'd say you were on to something with the dropoff, but this is the tooltip (incidentally, I also put one point in sensors on Tribble, so even if this were taken into account on the tip, the result should still be the same).

    Tribble currently appears to have a half a point rounding error in all relevant game math, it could be that.

    At this point, please take tooltips at their face value in terms of deciding if it's a bug or not. Because it's definitely at LEAST a text bug, and needs to be reported and fixed. And at WORST, a failed translation.

    Here are some tooltips from my science character from a trait and a few items that looked off to me.
    • Astrophyscist: +10 Starship Particle Generator, +10 Starship Drain Expertise, +10 StatStarshipPerception
    • Solanae Deflector: +40 Structural Integrity, +40 Starship Particle Generator, +40 Starship Drain Expertise
    • Inhibiting Secondary Deflector Mk XIV (CtrlX,EPG, SA+Heal, ShdHeal): +15 starship Emitters, +15 Starship Particle Generator, +15 Starship Control Expertise
    • Bio-Neural Gel Pack: +22.3 Starship Shield Systems
    • Exotic Particle Field Exciter Mk XIV: +35.6 Starship Particle Generator.
    • Restorative Particle Focuser MKIV [CtrlX,EPG]: +35.6 Starship Particle Generator, +23.8 Starship Control Expertise
    • Restorative Particle Focuser MKIV [CtrlX,EPG]: +35.6 Starship Particle Generator, +23.8 Starship Control Expertise
    • Chronometric Capacito Mk XIV: +37.5 Starship Particle Generator
    • Proton Particle Stabilizer Console Mark XIV: +19.5 Starship Electro-Plasma System Flow
    It seems to me that the Starship Particle Generator titles are at minimum false, since it should be Exotic Particle Generators. It could be that they are applied, however, the stat changes between Holodeck and Tribble weren't that notable.

    Starship Shield Systems, StatStarshipPerception, Structural Integrity and Starship Electro-Plasma System Flow also don't sound like the new names.

    Romulan Advanced Prototype Deflector Dish, if doing a straight conversion from the bonuses on Holodeck, should give +105 CtrlX at Mk XII VR. (39.4 Inertial Dampeners, 39.4 Graviton Generators, 26.2 Subspace Decompiler)

    For some reason, on tribble it's giving a fraction of that in CtrlX and a random 5 DrainX.

    I'm not logged into Tribble right now, but I want to say my XIV UR is giving 45 CtrlX and 5 DrainX. That is a severe enough difference that i believe it was unintentional on the part of whoever was making the conversions for that set piece.

    Romulan Imperial Navy Kit still lists +52.5 Personal Shield Generator.

    We made another pass on all of these today. Best to let the issue lie for now, and start the discussion back up after the next patch appears. See if anything's still missing, then.
