in Star Trek Online General Discussion
I see the reman BOFF has a nice looking cloak.
and I seen some cloaks being worn by high ranking klingong NPC.

question is...

How do I get one? what race do I need to be? what do I need to do... cause they look HAWT!!

and im not refering to battle cloak, I am refering to the cloak that sits on your back(then again cloaky ships usually do sit on your back after the cloak...but thats another story for another time...)

How do i get a cloak on my toon?

    The Reman Boff with the cape is a featured episode reward that can only be obtained by completing the last episode of the reman arc during a featured ep event.
    It's not my fault if you feel trolled by my Disco ball... Sorry'boutit.

    sadly, the only cape/cloak you can get in-game is the one that comes with the Klingon Honor Guard armor. The one the Reman boff has is not something you can get.
