Server issues?

Was wondering if anyone else is having issues getting into the game. I can't connect to the account server at all. Then I get a msg that the website is down but the game is working normally. Not sure whats happening here.

Seems another DDoS attack is happening. He could've at least waited until I wasn't doing a mission. . . .
