Is there any way to get access to the Kobali uniform on a new character?

One of my newer characters recently picked up the Kobali boff from Dust to Dust but when I tried to modify her outfit at the tailor the kobali uniform she was wearing disappeared. I realized the uniform unlock was a reward back when Dust to Dust was the featured episode and all my other characters have it unlocked but it's no longer a mission reward. Any way to unlock it now? Seems silly that the Kobali boff looses it if you try to change anything.

As far as I know no not unless Cryptic reruns it as a special promotion, Like a FE rerun.
