Lifetime Sub here, haven't played since the Dyson Sphere came out! Looks like a lot of things have changed and I am feeling pretty overwhelmed, suggestions on where to start? I did take the free Level 60 promo and T6 ship, beyond that I have not touched anything! Thank you Ladies/Gents

I would slowly get back into it, do the delta quadrant if you left your ships in a decently geared place, start working on reputations (2 or 3 new ones?), consider doing the anniversary event.
On the side, get educated about specializations, new officer seating (intel, command, pilot), the admirality system (its like duty officers, for ships, youll find in same menu), new crafting, and so on.

Just take it easy and do stuff at your own pace. Find a mission, run a basic STF / group, relearn the controls and such. Ask specific questions here. Its a lot all at once, but you will absorb it as you play in a few weeks.
