Admiralty not awarding progress

One character has not gotten any progress on the KDF admiralty. I've been 941 points from level 9 (already 10 on Fed) for over a week. And no matter what, it won't go any further. Someone said there is a daily limit but it's been over a week now. Anyone else have this issue?

    Not on my new-52 Fed science captain. He's making steady progress towards level 4 KDF now.

    I just did a 15 minute KDF admiralty. It showed it was supposed to award 90 KDF admiralty points. It completed and that 90 vanished and only shows the other rewards. I screenshot before and after.

    If you are already at 200,000 Admiralty points in a Campaign you get none of those points and no substitute XP either. The Daily limit is 10,000 Admiralty XP per Campaign.

    So if I have 200,000 in Fed, I can't get any in KDF? Notice I said I was level 8 in KDF and 941 points from level 9. Only level 10 in Fed but you are saying that we can't max both on a character?

    Fed has 200,000 but KDF has 131,000 and not moving beyond that. And it's been over a week so daily limit isn't even a part of this issue.

    No, you can reach 10 in both. Unless you have already earned 10,000 points in KDF within the last 20 / 24 hours you should keep getting points in KDF until you have reached 200,000.

    But it hasn't moved in the last week. I have only done KDF because I already hit 10 on Fed so just been doing KDF only. And it hasn't given a single point in a week.
