I've failed grinds for ships twice now. The past two Winter events. The most recent one I needed only 40 tokens... I was unaware that they no no longer carried over.

Now, I am studiously grinding for the Krenim ship and for THE SECOND TIME I have an unobtainable daily. There is no Omega Particle on ESD to stabilize.

OK, I found it. Still, I'm really pretty frustrated and on edge. When I failed the grind for the winter event ( by one ice race ) I left for a year. I returned hoping to rekindle enthusiasm to find that I had once again failed this year. I started too late assuming the tokens from last year would carry over.

Now, I have to spend 20 minutes looking for a particle is some bizzare spot. This isn't fun or funny. I find myself blessing my luck that I couldn't get through the billing system a couple of years ago. Otherwise, I'd have wasted my money on a lifetime membership. This is precisely why I remain a f2p player.

Yes, I know this sounds like whining.. I just really need a "win" in my life atm and I'm not liking how this is going.

Scan area and follow where it points.Really these particles aren't that hard to find.Yes earth space dock ones are a little tricky,but you can also ask in chat and people will start to say where they can be found.Also they give us plenty of days to do these events.For the anniversary event you get 440 on the first day leaving 560 more to get at 40 a day.Do the math and it takes 15 days to get the ship.The event lasts for 28 days.The Winter and Summer events last 44 days which you only need 25 days to get 1000 vouchers.The only person who can be held responsible for not getting things done is yourself.

BTW...refresher: default keybind, "V" key is "Scan" ON both Space and Ground.
