Hello again, now with a bit more knowledge of the game I still have some stuff that bugs me:

-I now have to avatars on same account, one scientist one engineer. I noticed that engineer have only 1 minute cooldown on slipstream while the scientist have 2. Why is that?

-why all prisioners that we transfer are klingons? (Racism)?

- is there any other mission besides the molecule stabilization daily to get the vouchers?

1. Probably because of the stats of warp core + doffs + space magic
2. If Klingons were to pull up their jeans, put away those deadly Skittles and stop being thugs listening to that Kling Op music, maybe Starfleet would stop shooting them in the back.
3. I think you can do the featured episode over and over again as well.

1: Certain Warp Cores reduce the recharge on Slipsteam (some increase the turn rate while in Slipsteam, some increase Slipstream speed, and some reduce Transwarp cooldown) & there are some Duty Officers that also reduce the cooldown when they are set as active Space BOffs.

2: As a Fed (or Fed Allied Romulan) you only get Klingons, Orions, Gorn, Nausican, Lethean, Vorta or Jem-Hadar prisoners. Klingon players get Human, Andorian, Bolian, Tellerite, Ferengi, Vorta or Jem-Hadar prisoners. -shrug-

3: The 400 vouchers from Tide & Time are only for the first play-through (per character - but since the vouchers are character bound that doesn't really help). So, it's the daily Omega Particle chase to get the other 600 vouchers.

3: as an additional upside you get to use the omega particles to make gear upgrades.

I bought a mirror Deep space science vessel and someone can explain why the hell my station skill bars got that messed and how to fix it?

I can't tell you why it happened, but:
You can fix this with "Rearrange HUD". You can then extent the length of the BOFF bar / station skill bar so that it fits again. (You need to get the mouse somewhere around the edge of the bar, I think there is no clear indicator visible where you need to go.)

I guess it's kind of a relic of the early times in STO, when there is still a war between KDF and FEDs - those prisoners are not regualr criminals, but mostly prisoners of war.

you got in a ship that had a different layout ... maybe 1 more seat total, not sure exactly, but the key is that it was a different ship and the new ship didnt fit in the old layout so it "word wrapped" for lack of a better term. If you make the allocated area just a tiny bit wider (as said above) it will stop "word wrapping" up and go back to 2 layers.

I got a question: Would the Vulnerability Locator for plasma damage would increase the effectiveness of the Plasma-Generating Console?

I have a question: my subscription expired at Feb. 2nd but I still have the Increased Energy Credit Storage Limit active. According to my information of the sto web site (monthly benefits) the increased credit storage limit should be deactivated by now. Is that a bug/false information on the web site? Will it stay that way?

Hit F12 and when you get the generic outline for your Boff powers, you can drag a corner to resize the box. Make longer and it will default to the least rows it can fit. Looks like you have a very narrow window so it can't do much so it stacks 'em tall. And like someone said... it's just a bad interface for changing ships. Been that way forever.
