Unable to copy character to Tribble

Hm... looks like something wrong - can not copy my character from Holodeck to Trbble:
The page returns note:
"Your account could not be activated for character transfer."
I don't know about "actvating", but i'm playing more than year, used to copy many toons on Tribble, so i think it's some bug....
