Where do I find the "Block Caitian Detention Facility" DOFF mission (wiki info is out of date)

So I have completed 9/10 of the Unforgiven of Ferasa chain but I cant find the last mission anywhere. I have searched online including the STO Wiki but all the info is over a year old from before the big sector update so the sectors they list have been moved or removed. I know the mission is uncommon but I have been flying all around sector space for a few weeks and haven't seen the mission pop up anywhere.

Any suggestions on where to find it would be appreciated.

Not 100% sure on this but I had it recently, fairly certain that it was in Kassae or Xarantine sectors (to right of Risa) in Beta Quadrant. Failing that, it might have been Bajor sector in Alpha quadrant. Don't think any of my KDF toons have been elsewhere recently.
