How do you get the Kang duty officer?

    Seeing as the doff card lists him as a klingon augment, my guess is the temporal doff assignments from the temporal lock box or a random soff mission that deals in time travel somehow.

    That or he was a reward for an event at some point like CCE or the like.

    This is of course pure speculation on my part, looking at the space ability he grants though i wouldn't mind having him on my BoP.

    After reading your post...I went and asked my friend...and he asked his friends....
    The answer they sent me: "Kang doff is a rare reward from upgrinding from blue."
    At the KDF academy, Imperial Personnel Officer.

    I am thinking I am gonna try it, once in a while, when I have the resources. Fun times!
