Cannon Klingon Torpedoes

What kind of torpedoes were native Klingon technology? Was it photon? All I can remember in ST:The Wrath of Kahn, when they were in the simulator running the Kobayashi Maru scenario...the computer said Alert! Alert! Klingon torpedoes activated!

Photon is the Klingon standard, while Quantum and Transphasic warheads have been more recently developed. The standard, however, is still Photon, with Disruptors of course.

We also saw them fire green Photons, so the Biomolecular Torps are a good match, too.
