but, for some reason, all of the cool older missions like the Iconian War, the Dyson Sphere missions, Delta Quadrant and mirror universe missions are all grayed out with no beginning missions to play to move up to the ones that I listed. Anyone have any idea why this might be? Because I asked support and they basically said to ask on here.

A lot of those have pretty high level requirements (50+) before you can do them - could that be the issue?

After some level, some missions stop auto asking, so you need to hail the first one on the chain to be able to play the sequel

It's likely either a level requirement, or the last mission of the previous arc needs to be finished. In many cases, you can skip missions to advance the episodes to ones you want to play, but there are some connecting links, small episodes, that you can't skip. Give those a try.

Some missions, like the ones you get to do Delta Quadrant Patrols, are one-shots only. You can repeat the patrols, but not the mission with the 4/5 patrol objectives.
