Specialization Points

I have a Reman Character that I have not beable to assign any of the 24 Specialization points I have earned since the trait system started. The bottons are all greyed out and right clicking or left clicking doesn't help at all. The other character on my account are fine and I have no trouble assigning points. Does anyone have any insight they care to provide. I have put in many tickests which hasn't provided any help so far.

    Check your Skill Points tab, if you have a forced Respec from one of the times the Skill Points bugged out, it might lock out the Specialization which I think has a minimum number of Skill Points spent before you can choose Specialization.
