STO crashing

Whenever I play "Out in the Cold" my game crashes. This always happens during "secure the mine". Has this been happening to anyone else?

    I've noticed crashes during some mission map transfers.

    Additional info that might help.When I contacted support when I was having a crash problem.I was told to uncheck on demand patching in the options menu of the launcher.I'm not sure if it helped much,I still crash occasionally,but not as frequently as I was before.

    Best guess: the game crashes if the on-demand patching process gets interrupted by lag.
