i have recently started a new character as i wanted to do all the revamped missons from the start and was enjoying it the revamps look good but enjoyment became frustration as i was doing a nimbus misson undying only to find it is glitched right at the end of it so i put my frustration aside again and carried on then i reached the misson temperol ambassador only to find that is glitched at the end of the misson now i am not sure wether to continue character now as continued glitches in missons is really off putting and who knows what other glitches will turn up
its makes you wonder what impression it gives to newbbies not a good advertisment for this game in my opinion
has the glitches in those missons put you off doing another character and if anyone has list of the missons that are glitched so i can avoid them would be appreciated

Fun and enjoyment? No. I find no fun nor enjoyment on rechewed content being played over and over again. Current state of bugs doesn't really help either.
Testing out new class/builds? Maybe. I'd still say there's simply easier respeccing your character, or trying something else on your main. Or in other words, I'd rather fork some money then replay the content.
Running KDF/Rom KDF for contraband? Yes. It's worth putting the frustration aside for contraband, or rom boff farm etc.
As for new players go, a lot of missions need streamlining and bug fixing, since it's probably a turn off to alot of players in the current state. I feel for them. I recently tried doing a new Fed char just for the kicks, wanted to see what's all new tutorial about (my last Fed was created much before the new tutorial got added), only to stumble upon the silly bug with phaser rifles and locker, that I tried all the things I could find online to fix but couln't -I ended up rolling a brand spankin new Fed only to get to the same issue. Yes, I made a third and skipped tutorial but what's the point of tutorial for new guys if you need to skip it? What kind of message it sends to new players about the overall state of the game?
To put it simply, I don't think it's worth running a new char at the moment except if you're running it with plans to farm with the char, benefitting your main. Things would be bit different if they'd allow Delta Recruitment again, but as things are at the moment, no not worth it.
Just my opinion, of course.

"Worth it"? Are you having fun? If yes then yes, if no then no.
