Are those missions offline?
I'm @ level 57 and in the Iconian war I can't play Uneasy Allies.... Or am I doing something wrong?

Make sure you've skipped the previous missions from the last arc. Also, you might need to run the first mission on Kobali Prime, where you just talk to General Q'Nell and then you can just beam up instead of running any of the Kobali Adventure Zone missions.
