Vesta Build Help

Ok, So awhile back I was trying to decide what to go with as a main set up for my Vesta. I fly the Multi Mission Surv t5-u. Now with that said I am fairly new to the game and just putting together this ship. Any input would be awesome. Also included my skills.

Went phaser route because of the nice dual aux cannons which I am having a love hate relationship with. Currently want to be able to provide decent self heals/team heals and solid dps.

I'd either stick to beams or all cannons: having the BA on the aft do not help CRF at all. How is your turn rate btw on the ship? Depending on which type you choose, it will help bring you to focus quickly on the target.
