Forum fix has disappeared

Once upon a time, we had old forums. And they were old.
Then we were given Vanilla. And there was much consternation.
Then many things were changed, and the masses ... well, still were angry, because internet. But things were better.
One of these things was the addition of navigation links at the bottom of each forum page that allowed a reader to jump directly back to the forum rather than have to scroll back to the top of the page.
Unfortunately, this particular fix has gone missing since the last update. I, for one, would be really grateful if it came back.
