At a guess, they found some bugs and want to get in a maintenance today because there won't be anyone around on Thursday December 24th or the following weekend.

It was rubber-banding like crazy in ESD last night and I got a couple of disconnects, which I almost never get. One of the hamster wheels came loose from the server.

Server stability, yeah right. A 400Mb patch is not just server stability.

This is a very good possibility. Maybe knocked out some stability issues while the servers were down. But I suspect this was the main reason.

There were also a fair amount of lag issues that popped up yesterday. Hense.... Server Stability update...
