Fleet ships..

I was looking into upgading my t6 defiant , when i looked at the shipyard to get it, however i notcied that it doest say that i can put the cloak on it or that i get +15 to weapons . will it get the same buffs? im also looking into getting the t6 galaxy fleet version as well. thanks for your help.
