Why am I still on my shuttlecraft?

According to my little character info window, I've been flying around the galaxy all this time in my shuttlecraft, not my starship. A proud master of a fine ship might find this upsetting. How do I change this? I have one ship and one small vessel selected as active, I don't know why this always defaults to the small vessels and not the ships. Can someone explain?

    It's been an issue for quite awhile, and I believe it has to do with which order your ships are alphabetically in your character GUI [Not 100% surety].

    In other words, normally you have your main active ship and shuttle always readied, and if the shuttle is 1st alphabetically it will appear as such in your character bio, when viewed by others/yourself!

    I'll rename my shuttle the Xanadu, perhaps.

    Rickdias, Connection issues drive me away from the game every few moths or so, although last night it had to do with my own video drivers aparently.
    His methods have become unsound.

    Funnily enough... My Caitian Stalker Fighter is itself named the U.S.S Xanadu, and it also appears in my char's info window, even though my main ship is the U.S.S Fenrir (Vonph Dreadnought Carrier)

    Check the ship selector, at bottom of your ship list is a button to select either small craft or regular craft as your main.

    Well, I wouldn't know, when I view somebody's info it always has their name where the starship name ought to be!
    Is it just the info screen, Javaman? I.e. when you're flying around, do you see your starship in space, not your shuttle?

    runthefun is correct... It has to do with the order you received the items... It is also partly what determines which Boffs stand next to you in the welcoming screen... As he stated, dismiss/drydock the shuttle and reclaim... That should fix it...

    As far as I know, the opening screen will display the BOffs that are slotted as your "away team" in the stations screen on that opening page.

    And no matter how many boffs you have, if you slot a "generic" security/bekk, it'll be blank on the opening screen...

    But how would I fix the issue if my shuttle is a Lobi fighter? I don't exactly get to "reclaim" it for free... :tongue:
    Detecting big-time "anti-old-school" bias here. NX? Lobi. TOS/TMP Connie? Super-promotion-box. (aka the two hardest ways to get ships) Excelsior & all 3 TNG "big hero" ships? C-Store. Please Equalize...

    I will try the drydock when I can. If it works or not, I'll still report in. It would be an easy fix if it does.

    I have an issue with the game not launching at the momment. I sent a ticket about six hours ago. So, right now, I can't do anything.

    Wow. OK. If you have two small craft, the game only allows you to drydock one. I discharged my Runabout becasue I could buy it again, and drydocked my Type-10 shuttlecraft. My type 10 shuttlecraft disapeared from the drydock. It's gone now. I really like it, too. It was part of the DS9 pack. I tried to get it back by reclaiming the package. That didn't work.The game activated a second starship. Now, I have two Starships and a runabout designated as activated on my select starship screen. I got myself back into My T-6 Long Range science vessel, but, my Nova class is the one that shows up when I visit the ship customizer, it's also the one on my character screen. The T-6, also now only has four bridge officer slots, it should have five. This game just screwed me.

    Getting the shuttle back. I actually got the Bajoran phasers again. I'm more worried about the mix up with my ships now. It seems that My Nova class refit is wearing the skin of my T6 pathfinder and I can't get myself out of it.
