regarding romulan space set bonus and plasmatic biomatter torp

Hi, I'd like to know if anyone can clarify does the 2pc set bonus from the romulan space set (Enchances your High Yield Plasma torpedos: Increased Flight Speed/Increased Defense apply to the lobi store plasmatic biomatter torp. the plasmatic biomatter torp isnt a typical plasma torp. I can't afford yet to spend dil and farm the rom marks for a 2pc rom set to find it doesn't.

On another note does anyone know the 2pc bonus on the terran space set (Secondary Discharge Capacitors) just how much +shield systems and +flow caps it grants?

Any High Yield torpedo that both deals Plasma damage and is targetable/destructible is affected by the bonus, IIRC.
