Winter Event Questions

Hi all, I have two questions regarding the current Winter Event.

1) Should I invest my Q Autographs now or save them for the buyback before next year's Event?

Basically, I already know that I won't be able to complete the grind for the new Breen ship because I will be traveling a lot without PC access while the event is live. I know that Special Event Rewards like the Autographs can't be used for items the following year. Example: The 2014 Autographs can't be used for the 2015 ship. However, can the rewards be used to complete a previous year's project? For example, if I contribute whatever I make this year towards the ship, could I use the 2016 rewards to complete the 2015 ship reward project? Has anyone done this in the past or know if it will work?

2) Does anyone know when the Devs will fix Neelix's Quests? So far, I've got three open ones and can't complete any of them because some of the ingredients won't spawn. I've tried rebooting the game, changing map instances, etc. to no avail. Does anyone have a fix for this?

    1: keep the project slotted and probably. I'd still do every single race you can though.

    2: probably. the issue is that the terrain geometry changed and the spawn points weren't adjusted to match it.

    In previous years you could keep the project slotted, and for this year's past summer event and this one you could complete a previous year's project with this year's currency. However it is my understanding that if you do not complete the project during the event this year, the project will be deleted and you will not be able to complete it next year.

    From the news item regarding the retiring of the old autographs:
    What if I don't finish a Winter Reputation project?

    All in-progress Winter Reputation projects will be removed before the subsequent year arrives.

    2. I did one when the event started. After a few days though the item did eventually show up at the location.

    HELP HELP!

    I don't know what to do, I got the ship on only one char. and when I went to do them on my others IT WILL NOT LET ME!!! It just keeps giving me marks instead.

    What do I do I need help ASAP please!

    on alts you must use the reclaim function in the event store, you don't run an event rep project
