Well holy TRIBBLE the first real patch since October 27th

There you have it folks, a patch that doesn't simply make it so that the head of your EMH boff shows up at the tailor. I am not an expert on what is completely OP or broken in both ground in space, but I think it's safe to say that this patch at least helped a little bit. Going down the list, I noticed some important things...
-Torpedo procs have been changed so that we can't activate the same proc up to 5 times, and has a base chance no-matter what how many torpedoes there are.
-Plasma fire embassy consoles no longer have a double chance of activating on beam fire at will, had their proc chance increased, but their overall damage decreased.
-Photonic overcharge no longer gives an insane damage boost, and isn't affected as much by damage buffs as it was before.
These aren't perfect fixes in the slightest, but they do make PvP a little more manageable. Hopefully this will continue to be a trend in the coming months. Still waiting on that 0 second CD feign disintegration to be fixed.
