Anyone else have problems running Fast n Flurious twice in the hour?

I run it the first time no problem. But then when I try and run it the second time in the hour, I click "Join", it does the animation as if I've joined but then I'm presented with the join menu again. And if I run the race, I can't select any flags at the end. Tried changing instances in between but that didn't fix it either.
