Winter Event 2015 feedback

A few observations about some things that might be a bit confusing for players encountering the Winter Wonderland for the first time:

1. Fast and Flurrious event (PVP race) - The Race Official lists the old start times instead of the new ones, which are at :30 and :37 minutes after the hour.

2. The Fastest Game on Ice (solo race) - The Race Official standing under the banner does not have any help text/interactions. There is nothing to tell a new player to go to the Breen in the Gazebo to get the Race mission and return to the Race Official under the banner to start the race.

    Same here. I can find the sugar and butter, but the gelatin is nowhere to be seen.

    I am glad that I was not the only one. Please set up ingredients for people to find near the village.
