Orion female- Kahn helmet not showing up

As the title says. I can get all the other parts but there's no helmet and hats option at all

is this something you are looking into or not? May not seem like a big deal... and it kinda isn't, but this is my KDF Delta Recruit and I had this whole idea around her and it's... not happening
Now, I've tried the whole switching the uniform to off-duty, club duty, risa, uniform, no matter what I switch it to, there is no luck in terms of giving me the helmets and headwraps option or what have you.
So are there plans to do something about this or is this just something you guys don't care enough about? Better yet, are you going to do another Delta Recruit this year? That would be nice and would substitute the need since I'll then just delete and build one that can use the headwraps.

Thought I would give up on character concept and expand it to my Romulan Delta Recruit. She can't use the Kahn helmet either. This is a romulan race character. Also, I have a Romulan Alien character that can't use it as well.
-They are all female and I don't know if that's related, but it wasn't a problem in the past.
- In this case, I made certain to boot the game using ARC to make certain that for some reason I haven't missed out on the reward that you get for using ARC. -
- All characters were able to use the costume features, but not the Helmet feature.
- My Romulan Delta recruit could use her Vaadwaur helmet that I got her a while back just fine. I don't know if that's got anything to do with all of this as well.
- it still works on my male Romulan
