Diplomatic Accolade Bridge officer

I have a question; If I get the diplomatic accolade bridge officer, but don't like the one I chose, can I discharge it, and get a new one? If I need to do something in order to make this happen, what would that be? Any advice would be helpful, thanks!

    Yeah so look at the traits, i hear a nausican boff for a fed is popular because of the pirate trait since no fed boffs will have that. I hear you only get three species to choose from. Maybe someone can enlighten us what the choices are for each faction.

    I made my choice so long ago I don't recall all the options. I went with a Gorn Engineer mostly for cosmetic reasons.
    The universe has a wonderful sense of humor. The trick is learning how to take a joke.

    For Fed grab the Nausican. KDF grab the Human both will give you space traits you can't get otherwise.
