Kobali Prime Accolades Question...

Hello everyone!
I have recently (Today) been to Kobali Prime. I was hoping to complete every single Accolade possible there, including the ones in the Adventure Zones outside of the city. I have already done this one: Vaadwaur Ship Expert, You walked beneath the Vaadwaur ship on Kobali Prime. Walk under the Vaadwaur Frigate in the north-west corner of ...But when I tried looking this up on the STO wiki, the information was gone! What happened to it? Why can't I find it anymore? Are there any other Accolades to gain from exploring the area outside of the city?
