Can a Klingon Romulan player play together with a Starfleet Romulan player?

My brother and I both initially chose the Romulan faction, but I chose to align with the Federation later on. If he chooses to align with the KDF, will he and I be able to play missions together, join the same fleet, or play PvE together?

    Feds still get more overall than KDF, you're not losing out on a lot for not having plasmonic leech. that console falls into the "Nice to have" category. it's not really a major consideration when picking a faction.

    Both should roll another toon and do the other storyline, the common missions will be familiar in completed quickly, I think over chirstmas they are doing a double xp event for super speed levelling.

    Wholeheartedly agreed with this

    I wished someone told me earlier.
    All the romulans i picked aligned themselves with FED,
    Then, i realised,
    i CANNOT use any of the endgame T5/T6 FED ships,
    i CANNOT get reciprocity or plasmonic leech without trying my luck at the lottery or paying an exhorbitant price for them on the exchange
    All i get is a nice costume for the fed side
    i don't lose out on the storyplot

    Pick KDF if you are playing romulan.
