Not having any of these issues. Been fine since the network update ages ago!

One of the bottom posts was a communication between Cryptic and a user. Cryptic claims it isnt them, but when the IP is checked with ARINS, it indeed is registered to them. I personally ran the same traceroute everyone else did and found that the packets were being stalled for over 2000 ms at IP address: 198.49.243.253, which according to ARINS, belongs to Cryptic.
I just ran another tracert and found that there is huge latency (almost 1200 ms) at (surprise surprise!) IP 198.49.243.253 - one belonging Cryptic.
people seem to forget we haven't got a direct line into the server, there are many steps the data takes form here to there and any one of them could be at fault to cause lag, dropouts and other problems, that's just the internet for you.
When I think about everything we've been through together,
maybe it's not the destination that matters, maybe it's the journey,
and if that journey takes a little longer,
so we can do something we all believe in,
I can't think of any place I'd rather be or any people I'd rather be with.
yet most of the other players myself included cant see it.
