I've taken a look over this particular forum board and I haven't found much for actually building Foundry missions on your own. So, for myself and all the other inexperienced Foundry mission builders out there, I ask that if you have any tips or help on building Foundry missions, post it here so that people can learn from the pros how to build a successful and focused Foundry mission.

1. Snap it grid is useful for quickly building contiguous sections but precise editing is done with snap disabled and coordinate edits.
2. Build ground maps first, then space (preview mode load times increase dramatically when both space and ground are included)
3. Aim low with combat balance, then scale up after you've played through the mission with one of your own holodeck characters.
I'll add more later once my brain recovers from work. :P
Notable missions: Apex [AEI], Gemini [SSF], Trident [AEI], Evolution's Smile [SSF], Transcendence
Looking for something new to play? I've started building Foundry missions again in visual novel form!
