Seriously its a pain having to look around to see if my saucer/multi vector/wing cannon platforms etc are still alive or if they need healing. Half the time I look around I cant see them so I assume there dead. Then right before Im about to summon a replacement BOOM one of them flies right past me.
Seriously is it too much to ask for a little window in the corner to tell me where my pets are and how much health they have. Hanger pets get one so why not the rest?

Though personally i would rather they take some ques from the UI we use for our boffs on ground missions to update the existing hanger-pet UI,while adding the seperation pets to this new UI, that way thru this new UI we could micro-manage the pets we have (ability usage, what to fight, where to go, and what not) an to make them more useful than they are currently. While also i would not mind seeing them create some consoles that would buff both the main ship an it's pets (buff would be 60-70% of the commonly used one that buff just your main ship), while they could replace the very rarely used consoles that many times are vendered with these new ones that many hanger-pet using captains might use.

Another thing i would like to see would be either a buff to the power-levels of your seperation/hanger-pet's own power-levels based off your main-ship own power-level, or even based off your ship's Aux power-level. Although personally i would not mind just a interface that allows me to set-up my pet's power level personally, maybe as part of a drop-down menu with some pre=set ones in it.
Now that's true. And it would be kinda cool. Separated parts would not go boom but just lay there as a derelict ships. Like boffs, you go there, revive them or heal them. Or if out of combat they come back as fully operational.
Anyway they really need to take a long, hard look at pets...
