Prisioners - "Stealth" Nerf or what ??

"Prisioners" have somewhat been a thorn at times.. Get to many, and you have to find missions to get rid of them, or send them out the air-lock. Recently, I have found:

(1) Fleet Projects - As of 11/05 Prisioners no longer show in the "normal" Fleet Projects under the "Civilian Duty Officers" or "Common Duty Officer" selection areas. The only Fleet Project I can find, that accepts Prisioners, for both FED and KDF is under the "Starbase Special Projects" area something like "Establish Involantary Labor Colony" (KDF); and that payout is lousy, only 5 points..

(2) Prisioner Exchange, Recruit Additional Labor, and Cluster "Labor" missions are becoming as rare as the Romulan "Evaluate Romulan Bridge Officer Candidate.." missions. Prior to the Sector Revamp and subsequent LOSS OF DOFF missions in-sector space; a player could find enough missions available to keep a constant flow/exchange of prisioners.

By the way.. The missing DOFF Missions are still gone, and so far, none of the weekly Patch notes have indicated anything is broken or being looked at;

(3) Admiralty System - Another source of Prisoners from a few of the "Transport Criminal.. etc". One loot box of these had 5 prisioners; Seems to me, if we get prisioners from an Admiralty mission, we should be able to give them back !!

    Let me just add that now with the TRIBBLE system, Feds are getting more prisoners quickly, yet they are lacking ANY parity with what to do with Prisoners. Klinks have a chance to get 1k dil for 10. Can we have something similar perhaps? Or at least a noticeable boost to the ONE mission where you can submit two to the security officer? That mission is one of the most RIDICULOUS ones as the payout is so low given the inputs needed.

    I'd love to be able to throw prisioners as common doffs there. I have a glut of prisioners and because of the doff system bug, nowhere to throw them that is worth it reward wise.

    Maybe they need reward prisoners in form of unbounded boxes (without auto-open thing) so KDF toons could open and use them?

    BTW: Currently, I just delete FED prisoners because the mission where you can use 2 prisoners in exchange of 5 dilithium doesn't worth to do.

    That and you get 1 dil (iirc) for airlocking them. And, the air lock is much faster.

    Your the Feds. Just like real civilized earth, your stuck with prisoners forever, no matter what they've done.

    There's no getting rid of them so deal with it.

    Feds technically have Penal colonies and maximum security detention center Facility 4028. I think those could be made into boff assignments. Then again i think there is an assignment that mentions the second one at least. Fed just can't execute and enslave them.
