I seem to be missing some duty officers

I tried to swap ships earlier, and when loading the saved equipment profile I got the message one of my duty officers "could not be assigned". So I went to manually assign them and it seems to now be missing from my roster. Then I load a second ship that I knew this officer was on to see if he's still assigned there and on that profile -two- of my doffs are gone! These were my purple tractor beam repulsor doff (Ganga'khan or something) and my purple crit chance energy weapon doff - gonna be hard to replace these.

I've relogged, switched zones, etc to see if they pop back up but they are nowhere to be found... anyone ever have this happen before?

Not this, but I've had a ship appear in my BOFF wardrobe customization before...



... and I've had four stations appear on my shuttle, so I think anything is possible in the game.


Oh, and I've had items completely removed from me before, items I received as bonuses in special packages I purchased. Never got it back.

Was the doff saved as part f the original ships "Loadout"?

Only idea I have, and even that sounds preposterous to me.​​
