Does anyone have them? i.e. the strength of the damage buff, duration, and lockout timers? Won't be near STO for a bit, and for the life of me, I can't remember.

    Each "activation" of an energy weapon grants 1 stack, at 10 stacks the buff activates for 10 seconds then stacks cannot be acquired for 20 seconds after expiration, and the buff is 25% damage and 50% shield penetration.

    Edited to correct values, it's 50% shield penetration, not 25%. Also corrected from each "attack" to each "activation" as they may be different.
