Broken Traits with new seperated personal ground/space trait change

Since there's a change to personal traits to include additional traits added i'm taking this opportunity to list broken personal ground/space traits.
-Shield Technician- (space)
This appears to have no effect. Paperdoll for ship shows no increase in shield HP. Tested in a normal non level restricted space map. Also tried slotting the skill in a non level 60 unlock slot. Twas not listed as one of the newly added traits. However it is in game on Tribble. Please remove the trait if it isn't supposed to be in game at this time or fix the trait if it is to be included on live.
If anyone noticed any other broken traits whether it's a new one or an old one please post.
On a side note. The traits for ground and space that unlock at L60 can be confusing. Mainly in the fact that these unlocked traits that are slotted are not usable in level restricted areas. I did not know this until testing these traits as i just happened to be on Kobali Prime ground. It would be nice to include a helpful note. The note for the L60 trait unlock should include something like "Trait is disabled in level restricted areas".
