Are there security officers on the Dyson Spheres (and fleet bases)? If not should there be?

On DS9 there are two security officers (one for each faction) that you can turn over prisoners, tribbles, and contraband over to. Are they on the Dyson Spheres? If they are, I missed them. I find it odd that they wouldn't be there as each Dyson Sphere action was a joint action by the Feds, KDF, and Romulans. It would only make sense that they are there as well.

For that matter are there any on any of the fleet holdings besides the fleet base? At the very least, one would think there would be a faction specific one at the Fleet Spires, as that is clearly in a place that would turn up prisoners. In addition the Fleet Dilithium mine and Fleet Research lab seem like they would be in space where they likely would turn up prisoners, contraband, and of course... tribbles. Not sure of the embassy though, but one would think there would at least be some Tal Shiar that might need to be turned over.

So what do you all think? Are there security there (did I miss something), is security oddly missing and if so, should STO add security officers at all these locations?

There's on on the Fleet Starbase, tactical floor. Dyson Joint Command and the Delta Quadrant Command don't have security officers.

The general answer to why Cryptic doesn't give us more places to do X, Y, or Z has been that they want us to come to social hubs to do such things. While he's available on the Fleet Starbase, I suspect there a reason he's tucked away in a corner and past a map transition. Therefore, I'm just happy they gave us the officer on the Fleet Starbase at all, and while I'd be happy if they added more, fully expect that they won't, as it would pull more people away from ESD/First City/DS9. Now, the place I'm surprised there isn't one is New Romulus Command...

While we're on the subject of the FSB's Security Officer, does it but anyone that, Fed-side anyways, he's a Human, but in the dialog box he's a Caitian?

I believe there is a security officer at Starbase 24 (IIRC), so it is odd that there isn't one at the non-fleet Spire.

I submitted a bug report on that, just to be completionist.

There are security officers at all of the fed/klink starbases. AFAIK, there isn't a Romulan one or one on Drozona station.

Yes, I was going to mention that picture discrepancy some time ago and ring the warning bells that the Undine had infiltrated our Starbases. :)

Yes, the Romulans are not at all concerned about security even though both Factions let them on their respective 'Homeworlds' and they have yet to allow any other into the Command Center. ;)

Not to mention New Romulus Command would be rather concerned with the Tal Shiar lingering about.
