Did I miss something important about the Herald Beam array [Crtd]x2 [Crth]???

I was picking one up every now and then to try to get to 8 beams and price was going fine......until now. IT was around 1-3 mil with plenty on the exchange, but now all of a sudden there's only 5 and all listed for 40 mil?

What the hell is going on?
