Anyone else noticed something wrong with posting?

Okay, I'm using Google Chrome on my iPad, iOS 9.1. I updated to 9.1 weeks ago, and even before I never had any performance issues between Desktop and iPad, but today I've noticed my post reply box only contains the emote and insert picture icons and whenever I attempt to use quotes, All I get is 'null' in the text field. Is anyone else having this problem on PC? I know there are issues with the mobile site, but as far as I know iPad doesn't use the mobile sites...

EDIT: Okay, what the heck? As soon as I posted this it started working normally again. Anyone else have an idea what's going on?
