Best rep and/or non rep gear for ground

What are the best rep and/or non rep gear for ground? It's for my fed engineer toon. Want to know what armor, kit, weapons, etc are good for an engineer.

    Depends on whom you plan on engaging and you play style.​​
    This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.

    Well for my eng is tanky and places a lot of ground platforms aka turrets, my tac is more fire everything you got even if it's the kitchen sink but do it very fast. My sci is well not sure never bother with one until now, I'm about to start one soon.
