Kamarang Ship Doff

First of all i'm not certain what the new lingo is for the admiralty Ship Doffs, Calling them "Ship Doffs" or "Admiralty Ship Doffs" is kinda long.
so upon activation of the new admiralty system i already had the T4 Kamarang refit in my shipyard, so it gave me the Kamarang Ship Doff, and now i decided i would replay the mission and redeem the Commander rank T3? Kamarang for hopefully another version of the Ship Doff.
however upon opening the T3 ship box no additional Ship Doff was gained.
is this supposed to be this way? or did it just glitch and not give me one that time?
i've had it glitch before like this when redeeming ships from the C store, so that could be a possibility

BTW, the official name seems to be "A-Ships", but most people just call them "ship cards".
