The DDoS guy again? Figures. How juvenile.
Now a LTS and loving it.
Just because you spend money on this game, it does not entitle you to be a jerk if things don't go your way.
I have come to the conclusion that I have a memory like Etch-A-Sketch. I shake my head and forget everything. :D

Very irritated, my newest character was one or two Deep Space Encounters away from level 60. I don't usually wish actual harm on people, but I hope this guy dies of syphilis.

Not gonna happen, syphilis is contracted through sexual contact ...... with, you know, another person ......

You know what would be ten times better? Everygame has its own dam server instead of it all being linked to one server. We had better be well compensated for this than by some two day dil increase TRIBBLE.

We're not going to be compensated for something that isn't Cryptic's fault, nor should we be. Downtime causes a loss for Cryptic as well. For us players, it's just a game that's unavailable for a bit. For Cryptic, is a business line that's down.

OH and was someone going to post about this problem on the CO forums, as usual we have to find out from the other two games forums.

since the patch for New dawn, my attempts at login have gone back to.
    fill in login
wait to see if it wants to patch
    engage
wait to see if it can get to character screen
    login times out getting there

    try again
    repeat
    try again
    get to character screen
    times out getting to map

    try again
character comes up with " problem connecting to your last map(beta quadrant) do you want to use safe mode"

this is sometimes interspersed with me resetting the router
checking task manager- performance tab and seeing 8-16 kbps in and out, on ethernet
    currently I've done ,
    can't get to patch server.
    can't get to character screen.
    reset

and I'm not even going through Cogent anymore

Well, this is nice .... "Attempting to connect to controller tracker ......." and that's as far as I can get. Played just fine last night. Anyone else having issues?

Tried going through ARC, tried loading straight from .exe. No joy.
