Admiralty Daily Campaign Bonus- Reset + When Beginning, Completing, Or Collecting Rewards?

Some questions (lots of overlap) about the large EXP bonus per campaign for the first Admiralty mission completed in a given day:

1- When does it reset?

Let's say I log in at 6:00 AM on Wednesday and have the exclamation mark next to a campaign. I select a 1 hour mission that would complete at 7:00 AM on Wednesday. But I don't "Collect the Rewards" until I log back in at 8:00 PM Wednesday night, at which point I actually collect the large campaign EXP bonus.

When will the exclamation mark reappear? 6:00 AM on Thursday (24 hours after Beginning the mission)? 7:00 AM on Thursday (24 hours after the mission Completes)? Or 8:00 PM Thursday night (24 hours after I log back in and Collect the Rewards)?

2- Is the cooldown 24 hours, or is it 20 hours like the Lore quest (and many other dailies)?

3- Regardless of when the cooldown resets, can I "save" a mission and not "Collect the Rewards" until the exclamation mark reappears, even if it is just sitting in the mission log for several days?

Using the example from the first question, let's say that when I log back in on Thursday, the exclamation mark hasn't reappeared. I select a mission that will finish at 9:00 PM on Thursday. I do not log in on Friday. When I log back in on Saturday, the exclamation mark is present (regardless of the answer to the first question, it will have been more than 24 hours, so the exclamation mark should be there at that time), and the mission from Thursday is still waiting in my queue, having been completed over a day ago. When I click "Collect Rewards", will I get the EXP bonus, or would I have had to wait until the exclamation mark appeared before I could start a mission that would be eligible to receive the bonus?

I haven't tested that far, but it seems that the cooldown starts once you turn in an assingment that consumes the daily bonus. The exact cooldown is uncertain (20h or 24h) but for sure, it begins when you consume the daily bonus. You can notice the exclamation mark only dissapears when you turn in the assingment, yet any other already completed mission's rewards tooltip will not be updated.

Also, the only thing that matters is when the mission it turn in, so if you start or complete it with or without daily boost, theres no actual difference (there may be a diference in the rewards it displays, but not the received value). Collect with boost = bonus, collect without boost = no bonus.

I decided to time it out on my characters last night to check today to be sure. The bonus became active again 20 hours after I collected the rewards with the bonus active before.
